Driving back from soccer practice last night, I overheard Josh say to Kate (in all of his brotherly wisdom),
"Kate, a lot of parents swear behind their kids' backs".
I don't know how to freeze our kids at this age, but if I could I would. Sure, they fight and drive me crazy sometimes - but they are hilarious, innocent, and just plain fun to have around!

ReplyDeleteI have a few of Emma's pearls of wisdom jotted down somewhere.
Not necessarily true in our household, although I think she could teach me a word or two, the joys of living with a teenager.
I must say that I think you are "very" aware of the words sung by Trace Atkins, "Your Gonna Miss This" aren't you Honey?
