Weekly Menu February 4, 2015

Here are the menu choices for Wednesday February 4th -

Meal #1:
Island pork tenderloin (spiced with cumin, cinnamon, ginger, and chili powder - roasted with a sriracha and brown sugar glaze)
Traditional Caesar salad (creamy dressing, garlic croutons, shaved parm)
Baked Mac and Cheese (four-cheese creamy deliciousness with a panko topping)
(feeds four generously, $65.00)


Meal #2
Roasted Vegetable Lasagna (featuring zucchini, eggplant, cherry tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms - crispy pancetta is optional)
Traditional Caesar salad (creamy dressing, garlic croutons, shaved parm)
(feeds four generously, $50.00)
